Hi, my name is Ryan Wiseman, and I grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman with the 2nd Battalion, 1st Marines, Echo Company.
After completing my service, I pursued my passion for technology and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology from Arkansas State University in 2020. I began my IT career as a Pharmacy Informatics Technician at St. Bernard’s Medical Center before transitioning to the Service Desk, where I gained hands-on experience supporting users and managing IT systems across diverse environments.
This experience provided a strong foundation in networking concepts such as IP addressing, routing and switching, VLANs, and network troubleshooting. I reinforced these skills through extensive Cisco lab work and earned my CCNA certification. Currently, I’m pursuing opportunities in network administration while preparing for the CCNP certification to further advance my expertise in enterprise networking and infrastructure.
